(11/23/2008 TAMPA) From left: Tampa Bay Lightning Steve Downie, Steven Stamkos and Matt Smaby attempt to argue with the on ice official as the call is made that Stamkos’ goal was play with a high stick against Philadelphia Flyers during third period action at the St. Pete Times Forum in Tampa Friday evening (1/30/08). After several minutes of reviewing the call, the goal was not allowed. This was the second disallowed goal for the Lightning of the night.
